Did you know the Jr. High Building opened as the High School in 1950?

The Turner and Aumsville communities combined their high schools to create the first class of Cascade students, the class of 1951.

This building holds so many memories for generations of people!

We've worked hard to expand and take care of the buildings over the years, but there are unique things to address with a historic building.

Our recent facility assessment took a close look at the condition and needs for the Jr. High, and this video shares the highlights.

Archery Tournament

On Friday the Cascade High School Archery Team hosted the Turkey Gobbler tournament.

Our students did great! The turkey hat was awarded to The Gobbler—the closest to hit the center with 1 shot at a 3D turkey target. You can see more pictures on our Facebook page.

New Student-Run Business at Cascade High School

Did you know we have a new student-run business at Cascade High School? Mr. Foster's Marketing classes and the co-curricular DECA program are running Cascade Apparel.

Students are designing, advertising and producing T shirts and other apparel—more than 600 so far this year!

They are in the beginning stages, so if people would like to support the program and have artwork or ideas they can usually make it happen. Email Mr. Foster at: sfoster@cascade.k12.or.us.

Brain Training at Aumsville Elementary School

At Aumsville Elementary over the course of the year, every class has "Brain Training" sessions that are led by the Trillium Counselor. These are simple sessions that help students train their brains to succeed, to show grit and kindness and all sorts of things!
