Mental Health Resources

Suicide is among the leading causes of death in Oregon. Suicide is also a major public health issue nationally. Talking about suicide responsibly does not increase risk. Suicide is preventable and by working together, we can decrease the suicide rate in our schools and community.

Information on this website does not replace the advice of a mental health professional. The resources listed below are part of the Cascade School District's outreach and suicide prevention efforts. If there are immediate safety concerns, call 9-1-1.
