Welcome to Cascade School District Registration!

 

We are so excited to have your student here!

PowerSchool Enrollment Express is our District's online registration process that allows parent/guardians to enroll their student(s) electronically while maintaining confidentiality and security. This process eliminates the need for parents to fill out paper packets and allows the district to verify all student information before the start of the school year.

Please look at the information under the tab below that applies to you. 

Your first step will usually be to fill out a new Student Pre-Registration form. (If you live out of district, go to our Transfer page.)

Returning students are those who ended the 2024-25 school year in the Cascade School District.

To access the online registration, log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal at the link below. If you do not remember your Username or Password, please click the "Forgot Username or Password" link, and it will send you a reset link to your email.

Returning High School Student Registration August 20th from 9 am-3 pm & August 21st 12 pm-8pm

In-person registration is required for high school students. Jr. High students can complete registration online anytime they wish, or attend in-person registration.

New Student:

If your student was not previously enrolled in the Cascade School District, please complete the Pre-Registration Link.  Your child’s Pre-registration will be reviewed by school staff.  You will receive more information once the request has been approved and processed.

 

New Student Pre-Registration

 

Required documentation for registration of new students:

  • Proof of age (Birth Certificate or alternative documents as listed above)
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Utility Bill, etc.)

If you are new to our district or returning after having moved, bringing any documentation to best help serve the needs of your child is helpful. Examples include the following: IEP, 504 Plan, Medical Protocols, TAG information, Parental Relationship papers, Custody Papers, etc.

If you do not have your own residence in the Cascade School District and are residing with family, or a relative/friend, please fill out the top portion of this form, have the owner of the residence complete the remainder of the form, and they must bring it to the school office (with their ID) for proof of Cascade residency.

Please be prepared to bring to school: child’s birth certificate, proof of residency, and record of immunizations. If the birth certificate is not available, alternative documents could include, but are not limited to, a religious, hospital, or physician's certificate showing date of birth; an adoption record; or any other documents permitted by law.
