Free Suicide Prevention Training

We want to share a few upcoming FREE suicide prevention workshops for students and families in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. We all can work together to prevent suicide. Here's a link to a flyer with more information.

QPR is a suicide skills training featuring a simple framework, detailed discussion of warning signs, and practical “scripts” for what to say. It actually helps to name rather than avoid the subject.

This widely used suicide prevention training has been customized for youth (ages 12 and older) and families to participate TOGETHER.

This training is at the WESD in Salem (2611 Pringle Rd SE) from 5:45 - 8:00 pm on Monday, Feb. 5. It will also be offered May 18 and 22. Sign up at the links below:
