We are excited to add four new science classrooms to the high school campus! Here are all the details for the delivery of these modular buildings on Monday Sept. 25th and Tuesday Sept. 26th. We will need your patience and your help so that student drop off and pick up go safely and smoothly.

On Monday, Sept. 25, the giant crane will be delivered and set up. There will not be any disruption to student drop off or pick up, or to the bus line. Staff will NOT be able to park in front of the district office or on the southeast corner of the Jr. High (see map) on Monday OR Tuesday. ALL STAFF should enter off of 70th Ave through Gate 5 on Monday and Tuesday. Jr. High staff park behind your building.

On Tuesday, Sept. 26th, all the modulars will be trucked onto campus and the crane will put them in place. Buses will NOT access the normal bus lanes. Instead, all buses will come in Gate 3, line up on the curb closest to the Jr. High, and exit after students and parents are gone. Parent drop off will be drastically affected on Marion Rd.

If at all possible, send your student to school on the bus on Tuesday, or coordinate with friends to carpool and reduce the number of cars dropping off and picking up. High School students must all be dropped off and picked up from 70th Avenue, not from Marion Rd; driving students should ALL enter through Gate 5.

All parent drop off and pick up from Marion Rd. will be a one way lane from south to north. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER AT GATE 2. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK IN FRONT OF THE JR. HIGH. We have to keep one line of buses next to the school, and one line of cars going the same direction in the lane farthest from the Jr. High. Parking will need to be on the northwest side of the Jr. High if you are waiting for your student.

Flaggers will direct cars to enter through what is usually the exit ramp of Gate 3 (see map.) Stay in your lane and do not cross into the bus lane next to the Jr. High. Exit through Gate 2 (see map.) Students who are being picked up by car on Tuesday will be dismissed a few minutes early to try to clear out as many cars as possible before the buses depart.

We apologize for the traffic and inconvenience, and ask for your patience and care. Our biggest priority is for everyone to be safe! Drive slowly and follow signs and directions from flaggers. A day of inconvenience is worth getting these much needed classrooms!
