District Nurses

The Cascade School District employs registered and licensed practical nurses who oversee the health services at all of our schools. The goal of our nurses is to ensure students are healthy, in school, and ready to learn. In order to meet our goals, we’ve provided forms to best serve each student as well as resources to provide health information for parents and teachers.

Meet Our Nurses

Meet Nurse Durinda

Hello Cascade Community,

My name is Durinda, I am your new District Nurse! It is a privilege to serve you in this position. I have spent the last 6 years of my nursing career in the critical care setting and am so excited to combine my nursing experience with the school environment.  I am passionate about providing helpful resources, getting to know you all, and supporting the health and wellbeing of students, families, and staff throughout the district.

Outside of school, my husband Dustin and I are proud parents to two daughters, Kylah (9) and Kinley (4).  As a family we love to spend time together camping, playing in Oregon’s rivers and lakes, and hanging out with all our furry friends at home! I love to bake anything sourdough, preserve home goods, and stay physically active through a variety of sports.

I look forward to working with you all. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

Respectfully,

Durinda Baum

Meet Nurse Stephanie

Dear Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members,

My name is Stephanie, and I’m so happy to serve as one of your school nurses. I bring over 10 years of nursing experience with me from a variety of settings. My nursing passion is kids – I thrive in caring for and supporting our students. I value the relationships I forge with them, from cheering them on in their day-to-day accomplishments or working through various health challenges.

Outside of school, I am a mom of three amazing kids: Emma (9), Brianna (5), and James (3). I am happily married to my husband, Josh Mulhollem. As a family, we enjoy all things outdoors – from clamming to crabbing to fishing to hiking to camping – we love it all! I also greatly enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and baking.

I am here to advocate for the health needs of each and every student. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your student’s health and wellness while at school. It is my goal to ensure each student feels safe and supported while on our campuses.

Warm regards,
Stephanie Mulhollem

Meet Nurse Jacqueline

Dear Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members,

My name is Jacqueline, and I’m honored to serve as your school nurse. With over 14 years of nursing experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including cosmetic surgery and otolaryngology. Now, as a school nurse, I’ve found my true passion—caring for students and supporting their health and well-being every day.

One of the most rewarding parts of this role is the chance to build meaningful relationships with the kids. Whether it's offering comfort during a tough day or cheering them on in their health goals, I truly love being part of their journey.

Outside of school, I’m a proud boy mom to two amazing sons—Greyson (10) and Camdon (7). I’ve been happily married to my wonderful husband, Devon Grogans, and we love spending time together as a family. You’ll often find us outdoors—gardening, camping, playing soccer, or working on a fun craft project.

I’m here to ensure every student feels safe, cared for, and supported. If you ever have questions or concerns about your child’s health at school, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Warm regards,
Jacqueline Grogans
