Online Application:
You may complete and submit a free and reduced application here if your child does NOT attend a community eligibility provision (CEP) school. Current non-CEP schools are Cascade Senior High School. Applying online is the best way to ensure we receive your application and it is processed in timely manner. Paper applications are available in the district food service office at 10226 Marion Road SE, Turner, OR 97392. Applications must be submitted after July 1st to be effective for the new school year.

Oregon expanded income eligibility guidelines: Oregon has expanded the income eligibility guidelines beyond Federal and will now provide free meals even when you exceed the Federal limits. Please refer to the Federal and Oregon Expanded Income Guidelines references document to see if you qualify.

Direct Certification:
If you have received a notice of direct certification from us in the mail, that  qualifies your children for free meals and an application is not necessary. Households that receive SNAP or Medicaid are certified through the state and that information is given electronically to Cascade SD.

Community Eligibility Provision Schools (CEP):

You do not need to complete an application if your student attends Cascade Jr. High, Turner Elem., Aumsville Elem., Cascade Opportunity Center or Cloverdale Elem. All students at CEP schools receive a breakfast and lunch at no charge.
