Cascade Junior High

There have been some questions from staff and parents regarding the report cards.  First of all, the grades were done correctly.  On the report card it looks like this:

                        T2P (THIS IS THE GRADE AT PROGRESS REPORT TIME)

                        TRI 2 (THIS IS THE GRADE AT THE END OF THE TRIMESTER)

                        The TRI 2 grade coverts to a letter grade for some reason.

We will be having an 8^th Grade Promotion meeting for 8^th grade parents who are interested in helping plan and decorate for the Promotion Ceremony. The meeting will be held in the junior high library at 6:00pm on Thursday, March 18^th.

Host families are needed for Northwest International Student Exchange (NISE) Chinese students during July 1-11, 2010.  Boys and girls, ages 10-12, will be coming to experience American culture.  They will attend Language Classes at an Aumsville location (TBA) during the weekdays of their visit (NOT Monday, July 5^th).  But, they need loving families to share their homes and hospitality with them during their stay.  Won’t you consider sharing your home with 2 new Chinese friends?
