Congratulations to the Chess Team for taking first place at the Chess For Success Regional Tournament! The 5 members of the team led by Coach Jeff Risher are, Isaac Marquez, Davin Finn, Sean-Michael Riesterer, Jon Holly, & Jackson Christian. The team’s combined record for the tournament was an impressive 19-3-3. The team will be competing for the State Championship on March 13th at the Oregon Convention Center in Downtown Portland. A special congrats goes out to Jackson Christian for winning the Individual Tournament, earning a spot at the Individual State Championship Tournament on March 14th. Filed as:
